My teaching phylosophy

In my opinion, all children can learn. I believe that inside all children are basically good. Their success will be largely influenced by their family, home situations and their educational experiences.
Teaching is a practice that takes time, effort, and determination in order to be successful. All children are different therefore they all bring new challenges to teachers. Teachers need to be motivated in order to teach their students. They need to be excited so that their students will be more excited to learn. For classrooms to be successful there needs to be order and organization. A teacher should have a discipline plan in effect and an organization plan. A teacher needs to be open minded to new ideas and strategies in order to be successful.
My beliefs are heavily based on the humanistic philosophy which looks at students as individuals. As a teacher my top priority, before I would even begin to teach subject matter, is to know my students, their situation in life, and their academic successes and failures.
My major philosophy for teaching is based on Progressivism. I believe education should be child-centered and focused on having students acquire problem solving skills. For a child to have a successful educational experience their curriculum must be individualized to meet their needs and interests. Children should be encouraged to improve, but not pushed to achieve past the level appropriate for them at a particular time.
I`m hope, one day I will be the best teacher and can produce the quality student not only in academoic but in all things.

implementation of ICT

Information and communication technologies (ICTs) are widely believed to be important potential levers to introduce and sustain educational reform efforts, as well as useful aids to both teaching ang learning.Where information about ICT use to facilitate lifelong learning, distance laerning ang non-formal education is available. The purpose of ICT in education is generally to familiarise students with the use and workings of computer and ethics related social and ethical issues
There are many issue or challenge of ICT in education. Little is known about the true costs of ICTs in education. There have been few rigorous costs studies, particularly in developing countries. Given current budgetary and resource constraints, a widespread investment in ICTs in education is probably not possible in most developing countries. It is, therefore, critically important to better understand the costs and benefits associated with ICT types and uses in various educational situations in order to effectively target scarce resources. There is some evidence, for instance, that computers may be most cost-effective when placed in common areas such as libraries and teacher-training institutes. One of the most cost-effective uses of ICTs in education may be their role in improving organizational and systemic efficiencies, including combating corruption.
Other than that, the introduction of ICTs in education, when done without careful deliberation, can result in the further marginalization of those who are already underserved and or disadvantaged. For example, women have less access to ICTs and fewer opportunities for ICT-related training compared to men because of illiteracy and lack of education, lack of time, lack of mobility, and poverty.Boys are more likely than girls to have access to computers in school and at home. Not surprisingly, boys tend to enjoy working with computers more than girls.

The ability of teacher also one of challenge. It is because not all teachers are able to use the technology device especially to the teachers that were teaching in long time using only white board. The student also faces problem especially to the student in villange because they are not much exposed to electronic device. They may feel shy to the student that already expert because maybe they never touch or never use the technology device for example computer. Then, it also take time to them to understand the way using it and it will make them to left behind. So, it seems not fair to all students.

The last is about the facilities. Not all schools have enough ficilities to their student. So, the students may have problem. For example, if they want to do some research but the computer using by other student. It is also give problem to student but also to teachers and staff.

~smart school~

The teaching and learning environment comprises four areas that are curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and teaching learning material. Curriculum is designed to help students achieve overall and balanced development while pedagogy allows for appropriate mix of learning strategies to ensure mastery of basic competencies and promotion of holistic development. Assessment is designed to give accurate feedback of students readiness, progress, achievement and aptitude and teaching learning material is cognitively challenging and motivating by combining the best of network-based, teacher-based, and courseware materials.
The use of technology enablers contained in the Smart School Concept. Technology alone will not make a school smart. Only improved teaching-learning strategies, management and administrative processes, and capable, well trained people with enthusiasm for their work can do that. However, information technology can enable the process of transforming traditional schools into Smart Schools. Consequently, a nation-wide system of Smart Schools will depend on advanced information technology at the school, district and national levels. Technology has many roles to play in a Smart School, from facilitating teaching and learning activities to assisting with school management. Fully equipping a school might include the classroom, library, computer laboratory, teacher’s room and server room. The technology will enable the school to draw on a variety of external resources, while also making the school more accessible to the community. Students and teachers will be able to tap into public and university libraries; access companies and industry associations; investigate museums and other archives; keep up to date with local authorities.
